Yield: 8 Servings
Measure | Ingredient |
---|---|
2 cups | Milk -- powdered nonfat |
1 tablespoon | Chicken bouillon powder |
1 tablespoon | Cornstarch |
½ tablespoon | Dried onion flakes |
¼ teaspoon | Dried basil |
¼ teaspoon | Dried thyme |
⅛ teaspoon | Black pepper |
Mix all & store in a baggie. Use ⅓ c mix with 1¼ c water. Cook, stiring until thick. Add mushrooms for mushroom soup.
Can add parmesan cheese, grated cheddar (low fat), or dijon mustard (or whatever turn you on) as a sauce over veggies.
