Dry cream soup

Ingredients

2cupsMilk -- powdered nonfat
1tablespoonChicken bouillon powder
1tablespoonCornstarch
½tablespoonDried onion flakes
¼teaspoonDried basil
¼teaspoonDried thyme
teaspoonBlack pepper

Directions

Mix all & store in a baggie. Use ⅓ c mix with 1¼ c water. Cook, stiring until thick. Add mushrooms for mushroom soup.

Can add parmesan cheese, grated cheddar (low fat), or dijon mustard (or whatever turn you on) as a sauce over veggies.
