Double decker brownies using basic cookie mix

| 1 | cup | Miniature marshmallows |
| 1 | cup | Peanut butter chips -- |
| Reese's | ||
| 1 | tablespoon | Shortening |
| 1½ | cup | Crisp rice cereal |
Directions
Make one recipe brownies from basic cookie mix. Bake for 25 minutes.
Remove from oven. Evenly sprinkle miniature marshmallows over brownies. Return to oven. Bake 5 additional minutes. Remove from oven; cool in pan. Combine peanut butter chips and shortening in the top of a double boiler over hot, NOT boiling water. Stir until melted. Add the rice cereal; stir until thoroughly coated.
