½ cup Italian dressing
½ tablespoon Sugar
1 can Spam luncheon meat - (7 oz); cut in strips
1 can Hormel chunk chicken - (5 oz); drained, flaked
2 \N Hard-cooked eggs; sliced
¼ cup Sliced celery
2 cups Lettuce; torn bite size
¾ cup Julienne-style Swiss cheese strips
1 small Tomato; cut thin wedges

In large skillet, combine dressing and sugar; heat to boiling. Layer Spam, chicken, eggs, celery, lettuce, cheese, and tomato in hot dressing; cover and cook over medium heat 5 minutes. Toss and serve immediately.
