Blue cheese blt salad

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Sugar
½ teaspoon Pepper
¼ teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
½ teaspoon Garlic, fresh, finely chopped
4 cups Lettuce, torn
1 medium Avocado, peeled, cut into wedges
1 medium Tomato, ripe, cut into wedges
½ cup Onion, sliced 1/8 thick, separated into rings
1 can ( 11 oz. ) Mandarin orange segments, drained
½ cup Blue cheese, crumbled
8 slices Bacon, crisp, crumbled



Time: 20 minutes In a small bowl stir together all dressing ingredients. On a platter or individual salad plates place lettuce.

Arrange avocado, tomato, onion and mandarin orange segments on lettuce; sprinkle with blue cheese and bacon. Pour dressing over salad. Yield: 6 servings.
