|16 larges||Strawberries; Ripened|
|1 pint||Premium Vanilla Ice Cream|
|2 tablespoons||Balsamic Vinegar|
Rinse, stem, and half or quarter berries. In small bowl, toss berries with sugar. Scoop ice cream into parfait or stemmed dessert dishes. Top with berries. Drizzle ½ tsp. of the vinegar over each dessert. Serve immediately.
NOTES : The juicy, sweet flavor of the first-of-the-season strawberries is enhanced with a dash of dark, mellow, balsamic vinegar.
