Dijon creme

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Mayonnaise
1½ tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Lemon juice, or to taste
⅓ cup Whipping cream

1. In a bowl blend together mayonnaise, mustard, and lemon juice.

2. In a deep bowl whip cream until soft peaks form. Fold into mayonnaise mixture.

Makes about ¾ cup.
