Yield: 4 Servings
|1½ tablespoon||Dijon mustard|
|1 tablespoon||Lemon juice, or to taste|
|⅓ cup||Whipping cream|
1. In a bowl blend together mayonnaise, mustard, and lemon juice.
2. In a deep bowl whip cream until soft peaks form. Fold into mayonnaise mixture.
Makes about ¾ cup.
