Sauce creme dijon

Measure Ingredient
⅓ cup Grey Poupon mustard
2 eaches Eggs
1 cup Whipping cream
1 tablespoon White wine vinegar
¼ teaspoon Tarragon - or dill weed
\N \N Pinch grated lemon rind

In saucepan, beat ingredients over low heat (double boiler is best), stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Recipe from Grey Poupon.

Great with pork, asparagus, broccoli, eggs, chicken breasts, etc.
