Measure Ingredient

1 package yeast 3 cups bread flour ¼ cup sugar ½ tsp salt ¼ cup butter ¾ cup milk, scalded 1 egg plus 1 yolk ¼ tsp lemon extract 2 tsp lemon peel (dried or fresh grated) Put into pan in order and set for white bread.
