| 1 | can | Frozen lemonade concentrate |
| ½ | cup | Shortening |
| 1½ | cup | Flour |
| 2 | teaspoons | Baking powder |
| ½ | cup | Milk |
| 1 | cup | Sugar |
| 2 | Eggs | |
Directions
Cream sugar and shortening, add all but the lemonade, Mix 1 Tablespoon of the defrosted lemonade with remaining ingredients. Bake in a loaf pan at 350 for 50-60 min. When done pour ⅓ cup of the concentrate over it allowing the concentrate to soak in. Hint: It will soak in better if you poke holes in it with a fork.
