Cucumber-cheese dip

| 3 | ounces | Pkg cream sheese |
| 1 | medium | Cucumber |
| 1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
| 1 | tablespoon | Grated onion |
| 1 | tablespoon | Salad dressing |
| Salt and pepper ~ | ||
Directions
Coarsely grate unpared cucumber, then drain, reserving liquid. Stir cream cheese to soften; add lemon juice and salad dressing. Stir in onions and cucumber. Season to taste. A few drops Tabasco sauce may be added. If too thick, thin liquid drained from cucumber.
