½ large Cucumber
4 ounces Fromage Frais
\N \N Seasoning

Grate the cucumber, sprinkle with salt, then leave for 15 minutes to allow excess water to drain. Rinse and pat dry with kitchen paper.

Place the fromage frais in a bowl and stir in the cucumber.
