Cucumber sauce for fish

| 2 | mediums | Cucumbers | 
| 3 | tablespoons | White distilled vinegar | 
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt | 
| ⅛ | teaspoon | White pepper | 
Directions
Pare or grate or chop cucumbers (grating is really better). Mix with vinegar & seasonings & pack into a covered container. Refrigerate. Makes about 1 pint.
