Crunchy baked chicken

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Fryers; cut up
1 cup Melted butter
1½ cup Cracker crumbs
½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup Chopped parsley
1 \N Clove garlic; crushed (optional)
½ teaspoon Salt
\N \N Pepper

Mix crumbs, cheese, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper. Dip chicken in butter, then in crumb mixture. Arrange in large, shallow baking dish. Pour remaining butter over chicken. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Uncover and bake for 45 minutes or until tender.
