Creamy chili con queso dip

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
8 ounces Sharp cheddar cheese; grated
1 can (12-oz) chopped green chiles; drained
3 cups Sour cream
8 ounces Mild cheddar cheese; grated
8 ounces Monterey Jack cheese; grated

Preheat oven to 375. Layer ⅓ sharp cheddar cheese, chiles, sour cream, mild cheddar cheese & Monterey Jack in 8x8-inch baking dish. Repeat layering twice. Bake until Cheddar cheese is melted & center is set (about 30 minutes). Serve hot.
