Creamy chili con queso dip

8ouncesSharp cheddar cheese; grated
1can(12-oz) chopped green chiles; drained
3cupsSour cream
8ouncesMild cheddar cheese; grated
8ouncesMonterey Jack cheese; grated

Directions

Preheat oven to 375. Layer ⅓ sharp cheddar cheese, chiles, sour cream, mild cheddar cheese & Monterey Jack in 8x8-inch baking dish. Repeat layering twice. Bake until Cheddar cheese is melted & center is set (about 30 minutes). Serve hot.
