Measure | Ingredient |

8 ounces | Sharp cheddar cheese; grated |
1 can | (12-oz) chopped green chiles; drained |
3 cups | Sour cream |
8 ounces | Mild cheddar cheese; grated |
8 ounces | Monterey Jack cheese; grated |
Preheat oven to 375. Layer ⅓ sharp cheddar cheese, chiles, sour cream, mild cheddar cheese & Monterey Jack in 8x8-inch baking dish. Repeat layering twice. Bake until Cheddar cheese is melted & center is set (about 30 minutes). Serve hot.
