Yield: 12 Servings
|8 ounces||Sharp cheddar cheese; grated|
|1 can||(12-oz) chopped green chiles; drained|
|3 cups||Sour cream|
|8 ounces||Mild cheddar cheese; grated|
|8 ounces||Monterey Jack cheese; grated|
Preheat oven to 375. Layer ⅓ sharp cheddar cheese, chiles, sour cream, mild cheddar cheese & Monterey Jack in 8x8-inch baking dish. Repeat layering twice. Bake until Cheddar cheese is melted & center is set (about 30 minutes). Serve hot.
