Creamy cheese dip with green onions and dill

1cupLowfat cottage cheese
1cupLight ricotta cheese
2teaspoonsLemon juice
1teaspoonFinely chopped garlic
teaspoonSalt
½cupLowfat yogurt
½cupFinely chopped green onions
2tablespoonsFinely chopped fresh dill; or
2teaspoonsDried dill weed

Directions

In food processor process cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, lemon juice, garlic and salt until almost smooth. Scrape into a bowl. Gently stir in yogurt, green onions and dill until blended. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 3 cups.
