|Big Beautiful Scallions|
|Milk To Make Cream Cheese Spreadable|
|Cheddar Cheese; Grated|
1. Trim and wash scallions leaving green part on.
2. Stir small amount of milk into cream cheese to make it spreadable.
3. Spread cream cheese generously on to the scallions up to the edible part.
4. Roll scallions in shredded cheddar cheese, cover the scallion well.
Arrange on plate.
