Cream cheese and smoked oysters spread

Quantity | Ingredient | |

½ | cup | Light cream cheese; softened |
1 | can | Smoked oysters; drained and chopped |
1 | tablespoon | Mayonnaise |
1 | tablespoon | Dry sherry |
1 | teaspoon | Onion juice |
½ | teaspoon | Paprika |
Mix all ingredients together, chill and decorated with chopped chives or parsley. Serve with crackers or vegetables.
