Cream cheese and smoked oysters spread

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Light cream cheese; softened
1 can Smoked oysters; drained and chopped
1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dry sherry
1 teaspoon Onion juice
½ teaspoon Paprika

Mix all ingredients together, chill and decorated with chopped chives or parsley. Serve with crackers or vegetables.
