| ¼ | cup | Whipping cream; whipped |
| 1 | tablespoon | Finely chopped onion |
| 1 | tablespoon | Chopped fresh parsley |
| 1 | can | Smoked oysters; drained and chopped |
| 1 | teaspoon | Brandy |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 | dash | Tabasco |
| Salt and pepper to taste. | ||
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Chill to allow flavors to blend. Serve with crackers or vegetables.
