Smoked fish spread

Ingredients

2teaspoonsFinely chopped celery
1Clove garlic, crushed
2tablespoonsFinely chopped sweet pickle
cupMayonnaise
1tablespoonPrepared mustard
1dashOf Worcestershire sauce
2tablespoonsChopped fresh parsley

Directions

Remove skins and bones from fish. Flake fish well. Combine with remaining ingredients and chill. Serve with assorted crackers or party breads. Yield: 3-½ cups.
