|Enough fresh oysters on the half-shell for number of people|
If you have never had a freshly smoked oyster, you have a great treat coming in this dish. Get your barbecue going and full of good smoke, just as in the Smoked Black Cod recipe. Open the oysters and cook them on the half-shell in your covered barbecue until done to your liking. This should take a very few minutes. I did this in my stovetop smoker and had great results!
