Cranberry-nut snacking cake

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Cranberry sauce (jelled type) |
| ⅔ | cup | Packed brown sugar |
| ¼ | cup | Vegetable oil |
| 2 | Eggs | |
| 2 | cups | Bisquick baking mix |
| ½ | cup | Chopped nuts (or you could substitute raisins) |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix cranberry sauce, brown sugar, oil and eggs. Stir in Bisquick and nuts. Put mixture in a greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Bake for 25 minutes. Cut in squares and serve warm or cold.
We couldn't wait for it to cool, so we tried it warm--very warm :-) You could make a streusel topping for it, but I didn't bother.
