Cranberry celebration cake

Measure Ingredient
Makes 1 13x9 inch cake
2 packs (250 gram each) white cake mix
1 cup Water
2 eaches Eggs
1½ cup Fresh or frozen cranberries
1 tablespoon Grated orange rind
Vanilla frosting (homemade or commercial)
½ cup M & M's plain chocolate candies

PREP TIME: 15 MINUTES

COOK TIME: 30-35 MINUTES

Grease and flour a 13 x 9 inch oblong pan, set aside. In large bowl, combine cake mix, water and eggs. With electric mixer, beat at medium high speed for 4 minutes until bater is thickened and smooth.

Stir in cranberries. Bake in 350F oven for 30-35 minutes, until toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean of cake batter. Let cake cool in pan for 5 minutes. Remove cake from pan, let cool on wire rack. Add orange rind to frosting; stir well.

Spread over cake; sprinkle with M&M's candies. Cut into squares.
