Cranberry pumpkin bread 2

Ingredients

Cups flour
1cupPacked brown sugar
2teaspoonsBaking soda
1teaspoonBaking powder
1dashSalt
1teaspoonCinnamon
½teaspoonGround cloves
1cupEgg substitute or egg whites
1canWhole berry cranberry sauce
1canPumpkin
cupApplesauce applesauce
1tablespoonGrated orange peel
2tablespoonsChopped nuts, optional

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray two loaf pans with vegetable spray.

Mix flour, brown sugar and spices in large bowl. In another, mix together all but nuts until well blended. Stir into flour mixture until moistened.

Pour into pans and sprinkle with nuts, if desired.

Bake 55-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes, then remove from pan.
