Cranberry pecan bread

Measure Ingredient
⅜ cup Butter
¾ cup Sugar
1 large Egg
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
⅓ cup Milk
¾ cup Chopped cranberries
½ cup Chopped pecans
½ cup Flaked sweetened coconut (optional)

Date: 26 Mar 1994 19:18:13 -0500 Blend butter, sugar, and egg until smooth. Add vanilla and baking powder, then add flour and milk. When well mixed, stir in the cranberries, pecans, and coconut. Pour batter into a lightly greased bread pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1¼ hours, until it passes the toothpick test.
