Crab mold

Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
1canCream of mushroom soup (no water)
1Envelope Knox gelatin
3tablespoonsCold water
1cupHellmann's real mayonnaise
1cupCelery, chopped fine
2packs(30oz) cream cheese (set out to soften)
1can(tuna-size) crab, rinse and drain
1smallOnion, chopped fine

Directions

Heat one can cream of mushroom soup (no water). Dissolve 1 envelope Knox gelatin in 3 tablespoons cold water; add to soup immediately. Add remaining ingredients to mixture.

Pour into a mold. Refrigerate for 24 hours before unmolding. Serve with crackers.
