Crab mold

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can Cream of mushroom soup (no water)
1 Envelope Knox gelatin
3 tablespoons Cold water
1 cup Hellmann's real mayonnaise
1 cup Celery, chopped fine
2 packs (30oz) cream cheese (set out to soften)
1 can (tuna-size) crab, rinse and drain
1 small Onion, chopped fine

Heat one can cream of mushroom soup (no water). Dissolve 1 envelope Knox gelatin in 3 tablespoons cold water; add to soup immediately. Add remaining ingredients to mixture.

Pour into a mold. Refrigerate for 24 hours before unmolding. Serve with crackers.
