Crab mold

Ingredients

| 1 | can | Cream of mushroom soup (no water) |
| 1 | Envelope Knox gelatin | |
| 3 | tablespoons | Cold water |
| 1 | cup | Hellmann's real mayonnaise |
| 1 | cup | Celery, chopped fine |
| 2 | packs | (30oz) cream cheese (set out to soften) |
| 1 | can | (tuna-size) crab, rinse and drain |
| 1 | small | Onion, chopped fine |
Directions
Heat one can cream of mushroom soup (no water). Dissolve 1 envelope Knox gelatin in 3 tablespoons cold water; add to soup immediately. Add remaining ingredients to mixture.
Pour into a mold. Refrigerate for 24 hours before unmolding. Serve with crackers.
