1 cup | Enriched, all-purpose flour |
3 tablespoons | Sugar |
1 tablespoon | Baking powder |
¼ teaspoon | Salt |
¼ cup | Oil |
1 cup | Skim milk |
\N \N | Egg substitute equivalent to 2 eggs |
1. Preheat oven to 425°F. 2. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. 3. Stir in oil, milk, and egg substitute only until flour is moistened. Do not overmix. 4. Pour into an oiled 8 x 8-inich pan. 5. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
