Corn oysters^

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Green corn
3 tablespoons Flour, sifted
½ teaspoon Salt
1 \N Egg
½ cup Milk
\N \N Butter for frying

Scrape or grate corn from cob. Mix flour and salt with egg and milk to make a batter. Stir in the corn. Drop by spoonfuls into hot butter and fry until brown; turn over and brown other side. Serve hot.
