Measure | Ingredient |

½ pounds | Ground beef |
¾ teaspoon | Salt |
1 dash | Pepper |
¼ teaspoon | Worchestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon | Grated onion |
Beat whites till stiff. Beat yolks and mix with other ingredients. Fold in whites. Drop by tablespoon onto hot skillet. Cook till puffy and turn to brown. Place onto party rye or Ritz crackers.
