| 1 | teaspoon | Coriander seed |
| 1 | teaspoon | Black peppercorns |
Directions
An all-purpose seasoning with a Near East accent combines equal parts toasted cumin, coriander seed and black peppercorns in a pepper grinder. Place it on your table and serve over rice or couscous.
TIPS: grind some on baked or mashed potatoes.
