|1 cup||Chopped onion|
|2 eaches||Hot peppers, seeded & minced|
|¼ cup||Freshly squeezed orange juic|
|1 x||Juice of 1 lime|
|2 tablespoons||Chopped fresh coriander|
1. In a large bowl, mix together the tomatoes, onion, peppers, orange and
lime juices, and coriander. Press down slightly on the mixture to extract some of the juices from the tomatoes. Cover the bowl and let the salsa sit for at least an hour before serving so that the flavors will meld. Makes about 4 cups.
