Coriander-pepper chops

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 Boneless pork chops about 1-inch thick
2 Garlic cloves; crushed
1 tablespoon Crushed coriander seeds
1 tablespoon Coarse ground black pepper
1 tablespoon Brown sugar
3 tablespoons Soy sauce

These sweet peppery pork chops are marinated with just the right touch of seasoning.

Combine all ingredients except pork chops. Place chops in a shallow dish and pour marinade over; let marinate 30 minutes. Prepare medium-hot coals, banked, in grill bed. Remove pork from marinade, discarding marinade, and grill chops over indirect heat for 12-15 minutes, turning once. Juices should run clear and chops should be tender and juicy.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes.

Cooking Time: 15 minutes.
