Yield: 1 cake
|½ pounds||Butter, melted|
|1 teaspoon||Baking soda|
|¼ cup||Unsweetened cocoa|
|1 cup||Classic Coke|
|1½ cup||Miniature marshmallows|
|4 cups||Powdered sugar, sifted|
|1 cup||Chopped pecans (optional)|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter and flour a 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan.
Combine flour and sugar mixture. Combine melted butter, cocoa and Coke. Add to flour and sugar mixture. Stir well. Add butter, eggs, baking soda and vanilla. Fold in miniature marshmallows.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Frost while still warm.
