Col. hogan's chick'n dippin' sauce

Measure Ingredient
4 \N Whole jalapeno peppers --
\N \N Seeded
1 \N Whole Poblano peppers
10 \N Whole Roma tomatoes --
\N \N Peeled and sliced
1 \N Whole mint sprigs
2 tablespoons Sugar
3 \N Cloves garlic -- minced

PLace all ingredints into stainless steel pot and cok over med het tiss tomatoes are softened. Puree and return to heat and cook to desired cosistacy is reached.
