Hogan's cheese ball

Ingredients

2cupsShredded Cheddar cheese
1packCream cheese, softened (3oz)
2tablespoonsOnion, minced
1teaspoonGarlic, minced
2teaspoonsPrepared horseradish
2tablespoonsChopped green pepper
2tablespoonsChopped pimento
1tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
1tablespoonLemon juice
1tablespoonParsley, chopped
1teaspoonPaprika
½teaspoonDry mustard
½teaspoonChili powder, mixed in
Chili powder, sprinkled
¾cupChopped nuts, optional

Directions

In large bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the chopped nuts and crackers and mix very well. Form the cheese mixture into a ball.

Roll in the nuts.

Sprinkle chili powder on top to taste.

Cover and refrigerate several hours. Overnight preferrably.

Remove from the fridge about 30 minutes before serving.
