Hogan's cheese ball

Yield: 1 ball

Measure Ingredient
2¼ ounce Deviled ham
2 cups Shredded Cheddar cheese
1 pack Cream cheese, softened (3oz)
2 tablespoons Onion, minced
1 teaspoon Garlic, minced
2 teaspoons Prepared horseradish
2 tablespoons Chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons Chopped pimento
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon Paprika
½ teaspoon Dry mustard
½ teaspoon Chili powder, mixed in
\N \N Chili powder, sprinkled
¾ cup Chopped nuts, optional

In large bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the chopped nuts and crackers and mix very well. Form the cheese mixture into a ball.

Roll in the nuts.

Sprinkle chili powder on top to taste.

Cover and refrigerate several hours. Overnight preferrably.

Remove from the fridge about 30 minutes before serving.
