Measure | Ingredient |

2¼ ounce | Deviled ham |
2 cups | Shredded Cheddar cheese |
1 pack | Cream cheese, softened (3oz) |
2 tablespoons | Onion, minced |
1 teaspoon | Garlic, minced |
2 teaspoons | Prepared horseradish |
2 tablespoons | Chopped green pepper |
2 tablespoons | Chopped pimento |
1 tablespoon | Worcestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon | Lemon juice |
1 tablespoon | Parsley, chopped |
1 teaspoon | Paprika |
½ teaspoon | Dry mustard |
½ teaspoon | Chili powder, mixed in |
\N \N | Chili powder, sprinkled |
¾ cup | Chopped nuts, optional |
In large bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the chopped nuts and crackers and mix very well. Form the cheese mixture into a ball.
Roll in the nuts.
Sprinkle chili powder on top to taste.
Cover and refrigerate several hours. Overnight preferrably.
Remove from the fridge about 30 minutes before serving.
