Coconut cookie bars

Yield: 15 servings

Measure Ingredient
8 tablespoons Unsalted butter; melted
1½ cup Graham cracker crumbs
1 small Can condensed milk, sweetene
6 ounces Semisweet chocolate chips
¾ cup Walnuts; chopped
1 cup Coconut; shredded

Pour melted butter into the bottom of a 9- x 13-inch baking pan.

Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs evenly over the top. Pour condensed milk over the crumbs, then the chocolate chips and walnuts, making sure to spread the ingredients uniformly. Top with the shredded coconut, pressing it gently over the top of the mixture.

Bake for 35 mins, or until golden brown. Cool and then cut into squares.
