Coconut candy bars

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 \N Squares semisweet chocolate
1 \N Stick margarine or butter
1 cup Sugar
2 \N Eggs; well beaten
1½ teaspoon Vanilla
1⅔ cup Flour
¾ teaspoon Baking soda
⅛ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Water
14 ounces Coconut; 5 1/3 cups coconut
1 can Sweetened condensed milk
¾ cup Heavy cream
2 tablespoons Margarine or butter

COCONUT MIXTURE

GANACHE

Melt chocolate and margarine. Stir in sugar. Add eggs and dry ingredients.

Stir in water and mix until smooth. Bake 20 minutes 350 degrees. top with coconut mixture and bake until firm. Cool and top with ganache.

NOTES : Your favorite brownie mix can be substituted for the from scratch brownie mixture.
