Citrus tea

Yield: 9 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Water
6 Whole cloves
1½ quart Water
8 Regular-size tea bags
⅔ cup Orange juice
½ cup Lemon juice
1½ cup Sugar

Combine 2 cups water and cloves in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Remove from heat, and let stand 1 hour.

Bring 1½ quarts water to a boil in a large saucepan; add tea bags.

Remove from heat; cover and let stand 5 minutes. Remove tea bags.

Strain clove mixture; add to tea. Stir in fruit juices and sugar, stirring until sugar dissolves. Serve beverage hot or cold.

Yield: 9 cups.
