Cinnamon crown cake

½cupChopped nuts
½cupPacked brown sugar
½cupApplesauce
2cupsSugar
½teaspoonSalt
1cupMilk
3teaspoonsVanilla
½cupQuick cooking oats
2teaspoonsCinnamon

Directions

Generously grease and flour bundt pan. In large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, margarine, milk, eggs and vanilla. Beat 3 minutes at medium speed of mixer. Spoon half of butter into pan.

Into the other half batter stir the nuts, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon and applesauce and spoon over batter in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes or till toothpick comes out clean. Cool upright in pan 30 minutes, then remove. Good served with applesauce or a glaze.

Real good for breakfast!
