| Measure | Ingredient |

| 3 cups | Chokecherry juice |
| 1 pack | Commercial pectin |
| 1 cup | White corn syrup |
| 3 cups | Sugar |
Dissolve the pectin in choke cherry juice. Add corn syrup and bring to a boil. Add sugar and boil 2 minutes. Put into hot sterilized jars, seal and process 8 minutes in water bath.
