Chocolate sorbet

Yield: 1 pint

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Water
¾ cup Sugar
3 tablespoons Corn syrup
5 tablespoons Cocoa powder; unsweetened

Combine the water, sugar, corn syrup and cocoa powder in a saucepan, stirring. Cook over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the cocoa has released its aroma. Chill and put into an ice-cream maker.
