Yield: 5 cups
|1½ cup||Fresh orange juice|
|2 tablespoons||Finely grated orange zest|
|3 cups||Sugar Syrup|
Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl, then transfer to an ice-cream maker; freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
(Sorbet keeps for up to two weeks in the freezer.) Per ¼-cup serving: 101 calories, no fat, no cholesterol.
