Orange sorbets

Yield: 5 cups

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Fresh orange juice
2 tablespoons Finely grated orange zest
3 cups Sugar Syrup

Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl, then transfer to an ice-cream maker; freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.

(Sorbet keeps for up to two weeks in the freezer.) Per ¼-cup serving: 101 calories, no fat, no cholesterol.
