Chocolate pie #3

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Flour
3 tablespoons Cocoa
1 dash Salt
1½ cup Evaporated milk
½ cup Sweet milk
3 \N Egg yolks
1 tablespoon Butter
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 \N Baked pie shell

Combine sugar, flour, cocoa & salt. Add evaporated milk, milk & egg yolks.

Blend. Cook over medium heat until thick. Add butter & vanilla after removing from heat & stir well. Pour into pie shell. (Delicious when served cold topped with whipped cream topping or may be topped with meringue.) MERRY BOGLE
