Chocolate nut squares

Ingredients

½cupMargarine or butter
4ouncesUnsweetened chocolate; (4 squares)
4Whole eggs; lightly beaten
cupBisquick
cupGranulated sugar
cupCoarsely chopped nuts
½cupButter
4cupsSifted confectioners
Sugar
2tablespoonsMilk
2teaspoonsVanilla

Directions

TOPPING

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter and chocolate squares together. Mix in the eggs, sugar, Bisquick and nuts. Spread in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch oblong pan. Bake in 350 degrees oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Do not overbake.

Cool and cover with topping (follows). Cut into one-inch squares.

Topping: Cream all together and spread over cake. Melt 3 squares unsweetened chocolate (3 ounces) and spread evenly over top of topping.

Swirl with a knife. This is a different version of brownies.
