2 teaspoons | Baking powder |
1 can | (14oz) Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk |
¼ cup | Butter; softened |
1 \N | An (3 1/2oz.)cflaked coconut |
1 pack | (12oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips |
1 cup | Chopped walnuts |
Heat oven to 375 degrees. In small bowl mix cracker crumbs, flour and baking powder. In large bowl beat condensed milk and butter until smooth.
Add graham cracker crumb mixture; mix well. Stir in coconut, chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 9-10 minutes or until browned.
