|1 cup||Butterscotch chips|
|1 can||Sweetened condensed milk|
|2 cups||Chocolate chips|
|½ cup||Chopped walnuts|
Line 8" square pan with foil. In small pan, place butterscotch chips & ½ cup sweetened milk; set aside. In med pan, place chocolate chips, remaining milk & vanilla. Over low heat, melt chocolate chips with milk until chips are melted. Stir in nuts. Spread into prepared pan. Melt butterscotch chips; stir until chips are melted. Spread evenly over chocolate layer. Refrigerate until firm. Remove from pan. Peel off foil; cut into squares. Store in refrigerator.
