Ingredients

2poundsVelveeta cheese
1largeOnion; chopped
1Green pepper; chopped
1can(16-oz) tomato sauce
1can(4-oz) chopped green chiles
¼poundsMargarine or butter
3Fresh Jalapeno chiles; diced

Directions

Saute onion & green pepper in butter or margarine. Melt cheese in top of double boiler. Add remaining ingredients to cheese. Cover & cook 1 hour, stirring often. Serve hot with fritos.
