Ingredients

| 2 | pounds | Velveeta cheese |
| 1 | large | Onion; chopped |
| 1 | Green pepper; chopped | |
| 1 | can | (16-oz) tomato sauce |
| 1 | can | (4-oz) chopped green chiles |
| ¼ | pounds | Margarine or butter |
| 3 | Fresh Jalapeno chiles; diced | |
Directions
Saute onion & green pepper in butter or margarine. Melt cheese in top of double boiler. Add remaining ingredients to cheese. Cover & cook 1 hour, stirring often. Serve hot with fritos.
