Measure | Ingredient |

2 pounds | Velveeta cheese |
1 large | Onion; chopped |
1 \N | Green pepper; chopped |
1 can | (16-oz) tomato sauce |
1 can | (4-oz) chopped green chiles |
¼ pounds | Margarine or butter |
3 \N | Fresh Jalapeno chiles; diced |
Saute onion & green pepper in butter or margarine. Melt cheese in top of double boiler. Add remaining ingredients to cheese. Cover & cook 1 hour, stirring often. Serve hot with fritos.
