1 can | Undiluted tomato soup |
1 cup | Cream (up to) |
1 pounds | Cheese; cubed |
\N \N | Salt & pepper to taste |
Saute onion in margarine; add chiles, soup, salt & pepper; simmer 15 minutes. Add cubed cheese & when melted, add cream. Variation: To 2 pounds Velveeta cheese, use 3 large cans chile peppers & ½ tsp garlic powder.
