Ingredients

| 1 | Minced onion | |
| 1 | can | Chopped green chiles |
| 2 | tablespoons | Margarine |
| 1 | can | Undiluted tomato soup |
| 1 | cup | Cream (up to) |
| 1 | pounds | Cheese; cubed |
| Salt & pepper to taste | ||
Directions
Saute onion in margarine; add chiles, soup, salt & pepper; simmer 15 minutes. Add cubed cheese & when melted, add cream. Variation: To 2 pounds Velveeta cheese, use 3 large cans chile peppers & ½ tsp garlic powder.
