Chicken-almond casserole

Ingredients

3Hard cooked eggs; chopped
½cupSlivered almonds; toasted
2cans(10.75-oz) cream of chicken soup (or cream of whatever's in your pantry); undiluted
¾cupMayonnaise (not salad dressing)
½cupChicken broth
¼cupLemon juice
½teaspoonSalt
¼teaspoonPepper
1cupCrushed butter crackers (like Ritz)

Combine the first 11 ingredients and place in a greased 13 inch X 9 inch pan. Sprinkle the crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

**You can also sprinkle ½ cup Parmesan or Romano cheese on top.
