Cheezy brunch pie

Yield: 8 servings

Measure Ingredient
4 Eggs
1 cup Sour cream
8 ounces Bacon -- cooked & crumbled
6 ounces Cheddar cheese -- shredded
2 tablespoons Parsley -- chopped
9 Inch pie crust, frozen

In medium bowl, whisk together eggs and sour cream until blended.

Stir in bacon, cheese and parsley. Pour into frozen crust. Bake in preheated 375 oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
