Cheese cake pie

Ingredients

| 1 | Graham cracker crust | |
| 1 | pack | (11-oz) cream cheese; softened |
| 2 | Eggs | |
| ½ | cup | Sugar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla |
| 1½ | cup | Sour cream |
| ⅓ | cup | Sugar |
| Strawberries; or desired fruit | ||
Directions
Blend cheese; add and beat 1 egg at a time. Add ½ cup sugar and vanilla; mix. Pour into crust. Bake at 375 degrees about 20 minutes. Remove but leave oven on.
Blend 1 to 1-½ cups sour cream with ⅓ cup sugar. Spread over the top; turn oven off and put pie in oven for 4 minutes. Top with strawberries or other fruit.
